in large part to the real estate industry, Oregon is suffering from
mass exploitation. Traffic snarls in towns both large and small continue
to worsen, land prices have escalated, resources are short, and crime and pollution
have attained crisis levels.
These
real estate termites won't tell you all of this... but then, what do you
expect from people who will present themselves from a 'glamor
shot' of
25 years ago? They're not exactly the essence of integrity.
And,
ironically enough, most of the realtors who have profited from the exploitation
of Oregon are from California themselves! They originally moved here
to “get
away from it all”... then thought, "Why not
bastardize the place?"... It
doesn't take any special talent to exploit something: just
a primitive weakness called
GREED.
